The average cooking time for your made to order wood-fired pizza is less than 90 seconds.
Like any artist our chefs incorporate unique tastes and characteristics in to every pizza we make for our customers. Being fuelled by low smoke, sustainable hardwoods during cooking, the wood smoke adds a delicate flavour to your pizza at a cooking temperature that is upwards of 400° Celsius.
